Trouble has a new name by Adite Banerjie: a review

Adite Banerjie has a way with words and that surely reflects on the books she writes and makes the readers wait for her books to hit the stands. Her latest release Trouble has a new name has pretty much everything that is on the cards for every woman. The cover speaks a lot where the protagonists of the book are seen cozying up to each other on a beach towel and under the umbrella in a wonderful beach of the Andaman Islands. When the readers can have enough of the cover, they can slowly turn the book to read the blurb and I am sure it will keep them on their feet.

According to the back cover- Will you pretend to be my fiancé for the next few days? Recently single model Rayna Dutt does not feel like flying to her friend’s big fat Indian wedding. But she does- and when a mix-up with room allocation forced her to share a luxury villa on Emerald Isle with the gorgeous owner of the hotel Neel Arora, best man at the wedding, things begin to look up. Until Rayna’s ex turns up with a new girl on his arm! Hitting the panic button, Rayna searches for a solution. Surely Neel wouldn’t mind being her fake fiancé…? In an instant the attraction they share is at fever-pitch, but when scandal comes calling Rayna soon finds herself in more trouble than she can handle!

As interesting as it sounds, you just can’t get enough of Neel Arora, the handsome hotelier. All the scenes he is in, with or without Rayna, you just feel like swooning over the rich hotelier. You wish that you were there in the place of Rayna. I would call it the great descriptions given by the authoress that attracts most readers to the book and its protagonists. The picturesque view of the Andaman and the interesting characters surely guides you through the whole book.

The story, I wouldn’t want to say much about because it is mostly that of the regular mills and boon with drool worthy protagonists and being a reader, it might seem regular. But, for every mills and boon fan who read the books particularly for the characters of the book and the lovey-dovey atmosphere in it, the book is surely that keeps you in it for the longest time. For the characters of the book, I would like to say that they can be found in every second household of metropolitan cities and that makes them relatable.

The scenes of the book has been well described of, a very typical Adite Banerjie description which made me again wait for more from the authoress. The end, made me smile, be-teary eyed and back to smile which is very commendable for any book. For the cons of the book, I felt that the book could’ve been a lot more better in terms of writing as in the expectations out of the authoresses current book was high and I felt that the authoress could’ve taken it to a whole new level rather than sticking to the normal level. Apart from this, I would like to say that the book is one which leaves its after affects for a long time after reading it. Waiting for more from the authoress, I would like to rate it 4 out of 5.
